These terms govern your use of the More Than A Mint website and any order you place with us. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

We sell sugar-free xylitol mints in retail tins and wholesale cases. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but we do not guarantee that colors, packaging, or minor formulation details shown on the site are error-free. We may limit order quantities, refuse an order, or correct pricing errors at our discretion, and we will let you know if that happens to your order.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full card details ourselves.

Orders ship from Portland, Oregon, typically within two business days. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are our best guess, not a guarantee — carrier delays are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once a package is handed to the carrier.

If you subscribe to recurring shipments, you can skip a shipment, change the interval, or cancel at any time from your account. We will charge the card on file automatically before each shipment unless you have paused or cancelled beforehand.

Because these are consumable food products, we can only accept returns of unopened, unexpired tins within 30 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will replace it or refund you — no return shipping required.

Wholesale orders are sold in cases of 12 tins with a 6-case minimum per order. First orders are prepaid; approved accounts move to net 30 terms after that. Wholesale pricing, minimums, and lead times are confirmed individually after you submit a wholesale enquiry.

Xylitol is safe for people in normal use but is toxic to dogs — keep tins closed and out of reach of pets, and contact a veterinarian immediately if a dog ingests any amount.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk to a dentist or doctor before changing your diet for a specific health condition, especially for children.

The More Than A Mint name, logo, and site content belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, More Than A Mint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, beyond the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
